Shipping Policy


We currently only ship within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

We ship with Canada post. Please be aware that from time to time we experience unexpected shipping delays with Canada Post due to bad weather or union fights that are beyond our control. We send tracking numbers out to every customer. Once you receive your tracking number you can keep up to date with where your package is within the Canada Post system.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Wholesale orders qualify for free shipping.




Refund & Exchange Policy


Bracelets must be UNUSED and free of any oils to qualify for a refund.
Essential oils more than half empty do not qualify for a refund.

Damaged bracelets and bracelets that need to be resized may be exchanged.
Damaged essential oils and essential oils you dislike may be exchanged.

Customer must return all items being exchanged or refunded.
Customer must pay the return shipping for their exchange or refund.
